Dr. Michael Harris is a Board Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Master/Health NLP Practitioner, Life Coach, and has practiced and taught hypnosis, NLP, and coaching for more than 25 years. Michael conducts educational and training seminars, has a private hypnotherapy and coaching practice, and has developed his own unique format of hypnosis. His methods are recognized and used throughout the profession and he has worked with people from a myriad of different lifestyles, from Olympic athletes to golfers, from CEOs to housewives, from returning veterans to children.

Dr. Harris is active nationally, and in the local community including private and public speaking on improving communication between the "academic" and "team sports" camps. He‚ has been involved in many projects for the benefit of charity. Some of these associations include the Heart Association, Cattle Baron's Ball, Black Tie, and Texas Neurofibromatosis.

Philosophy and Approach:
Each of us is a spiritual being having a human experience. This means that problems, trauma and illness are an interesting way for us to get to know ourselves at a different level. There are many things that you can learn by holding a cat by the tail that you cannot learn any other way.

So, on one hand, I'm helping people learn to understand that there is much to gain from their current situations that can be valuable and can be added to the list of resources. That being said, my other purpose is reducing the amount of suffering that people have to do while learning these lessons. Everyone experiences things in their lives that have been identified or called by others as a "problem". My number one goal is to get the person through their individual experience as quickly as possible so they can get back to doing what they want, living their lives.
